Words from our clients

I wanted to meet new people in similar situations. I like that I am listened to and given relevant information to deal with what I'm experiencing — but not in a clinical way. I look forward to this group each month.

Access to Therapy connected me with a free counselling program at a time in my life when I truly needed support but couldn't afford it. The process was smooth and compassionate. This experience has been deeply healing in ways that are hard to put into words.

Nakita
Victoria, BC

As a single Mom on disability, there was no money to pay for it. I have been connected with my therapist for 14 weeks now and have made progress I was never able to make in 10 years of trying to heal on my own.
